Casanova de Middlefield (Commentario x Nevado) Big Beautiful 2 Yr
Old Chesnut Colt
with lots of potential, possible performance prospect with lots of action
and very upright. He is currently 14.3 and is soon to be started under
saddle. Potential to win money with him under the new National Futurity
Program for 3 year olds. $7,500
-Bravado del Tesoro (Tesoro(Juan Miguel) x El Bonito) 7 Yr old grey
pleasure gelding is great for the trails and demonstrations. He has great
size and confirmation. Bravo has a great personality and loves attention
and kids. Has been shown successfully at local shows. $6,500
Mares & Fillies
-La Sopresa de Middlefield (Portal (Vitral/Classico) x Nevado)
Beautiful 3 Year Old Bay Filly started well under saddle. This filly has a
great mind and personality and will make a wonderful pleasure show filly
and trail horse. Has great potential as a youth horse. She is the 5th place
National Bella Forma Yearling Filly in 2005 and the 6th place 2 Yr Old
National Bella Forma Filly in 2006. $9,000
-Diosa de Middlefield (Premier x Profeta/Retorno) An extremely
powerful, elegant, 2 yr old red bay filly out of our mare Afrodita. She is
built just like her mamma but quicker! This filly is nominated for the
Lexington and Piedmont futurities so there are several years to win money.
Also potential to win money under the new National Futurity Program for 3
year olds. She received honorable mention at Nationals both in the Yearling
Bella Forma Filly class and the Breeders Sweepstake Filly class. She has
been recently started under saddle and working well. $8,500
Yearlings
-Middlefield’s Esplendido (Jaranero x Profeta/Retorno) What a
gorgeous cross with our mare Afrodita. This red bay colt with black points
has unlimited potential! He can be nominated for the Lexington &
Asheville Futurities and is eligible for the 2007 Breeders Sweepstakes
class at Nationals and the new National Futurity Program.
-Middlefield’s Don Jose (Portal x Capuchino/Capuchino de
Bochia) This colt is a looker just like his father El Portal de La Amistad
(Vitral x Classico). Don Jose is very quick with lots of brio, refinement
and natural balance. He can be nominated for the Lexington & Asheville
Futurities and is eligible for the 2007 Breeders Sweepstakes class at
Nationals and the new National Futurity Program. He is going to be a colt
to watch and win money with!
-Middlefield’s Diablo (Profeta x Premier) This flashy dark bay
colt with four white socks and a star has the classic Profeta look and
movement. He is already showing his mother’s (Prisa) athleticism, and
should be a great show prospect. Diablo is eligible for the Asheville
Futurity and is already qualified for the 2007 Breeders Sweepstake class
and eligible for the new National Futurity Program.
