Believe it or not, Fall is almost here and that means cooler weather, no more bugs, and most importantly, time to renew your Mason Dixon Paso Fino Regional Association Membership!
This year the PFHA changes to a new fiscal year of January-December. This means your Mason Dixon Membership will include an additional 3 months ending December 31st instead of September 30, 2017.
Attached is a membership form that needs to be completed and mailed to Melanie Petri. My mailing address is on the form, or you can bring it with you to our Annual Meeting, October 29, 2016, location to be announced.
It is also an election year for our region so please come to the meeting prepared to cast your vote for one of the following nominees:
President: Susan Crawford
Vice President: Jenna Shaffer
Treasurer: BJ Schuler
Secretary: Gale Peluso OR Kim Yocklin
Delegate: Nick Burgos
In order to vote, you must be a current member of Mason Dixon PFHA.
Hopefully you can join us at the meeting and pay for your membership dues and cast your ballot at that time.
If you are not coming to the meeting and wish to vote, you can vote by Absentee Ballot but you must be a member of the Mason Dixon PFHA for at least 30 days prior to the election. This means if you are a new member or a renewing member and wish to vote, you must mail your membership form and membership dues to Melanie Petri no later than September 30th. You can also enclose your completed ballot.
The Absentee Ballot is attached and must be received by the Nominating Committee (Denise Concoran or Melanie Petri), no later than 5 days prior to the meeting or by October 24th. Denise’s email is Dcorcora@ptd.net or you can mail it to her at 328 W. Walnut Tree Dr, Blandon, PA 19510.
